Energy
Awareness & Management
Program
Matter is made up of protons, neutrons and electrons in various molecules,
structures and states. Human beings are molecular matter and as such emit
bio-energetic fields that respond and interact with energy in our environment.
Staying balanced and being aware of the positive and negative energies
around you is essential for effective self-management and is reflected
in your personal management style and wellbeing. This program is intended
to increase mental clarity, improve general wellbeing, and understand
other people's energies, to benefit in dealings with clients, managers

Aromatherapy for Focus, Concentration and Mind Therapy
'In a world that is relentlessly changing...are you continually
having to acclimatize to change?'
The term
'aromatherapy', first coined by French scientist René-Maurice Gattefossé
in the 1920's literally means therapy through aroma or scent. The term
indicates curing through smell alone - but it is the generic term for
the use of pure essential oils.
Psycho-Aromatherapy
focuses primarily on the psychological potential of essential oils, consisting
of two separate but interrelated fields-aromatic medicine and perfumery.
The physiological effect of specific essential oils on the systems of
the body is combined with the individual's emotional or psychological
reaction to the fragrance-with both aspects working together in a psychosomatic
unity.
Our sense
of smell influences our moods, emotions and memories, and creates changes
in feeling states often at a subliminal level. Such changed states, can
subtly colour and redirect our thoughts, often without noticing.
"He
saw that there was no mood of the mind that had not its counterpart in
the sensuous life..." Oscar Wilde

Kinesiology
Consistent with Thomas Jefferson's ideal that "a strong body
makes the mind strong," Kinesiology (from the Greek words "KINEIN",
to move, and "LOGOS", to study) relates the scientific study
of human movement and physical activity to human wellbeing.
Want to know
what's wrong with you? Just ask your body what it needs to return it to
optimum health. That's what kinesiologists do. The fundamental tool is
non-intrusive muscle testing that involves applying gentle pressure on
a muscle and assessing a response to evaluate many functions of the body
in the structural, chemical, neurological, and biochemical realms.
Using massage,
nutrition, and contact points, Kinesiology helps with: emotions and anxieties,
determining specific personal dietary intake and supplements for nutritional
deficiencies, structural imbalances and energy blocks. Kinesiology balances
the whole person, which enhances health and wellbeing.
Module

Research in Kinesiology requires the use of a variety of scientific knowledge
and research techniques from such fields as biology, chemistry, history,
physics, psychology, and sociology. The areas of investigation within
Kinesiology are quite extensive because the responses of the human body
to physical activity can be examined at many levels hence it is performed
on a one-to-one basis.
Individual
sessions with accredited kinesiologists can be booked via the ACCA for
its members. For further information please call us on 1300 137 038 or
