Creative Visualisation
Creative Visualisation is the technique of using your imagination
to create the things you want in life. It is the art of sending an image
- a picture to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind creates
your reality based on a number of messages you send to it. One of these
messages is the pictures and images that you visualise and send to your
subconscious mind. It then picks up this visualisation or picture and
begins creating what it sees.
Research
has proven that there is a close link between emotions, images and sensations
and it is believed that visualisation may help to balance and integrate
the hemispheres of the brain. Thinking in images involves the right 'creative
and intuitive' side correcting the imbalance in individuals who predominantly
use the left 'logical' hemisphere. Creative visualisation is a valuable
tool in the achievement of holistic health, eliminating stress, stopping
the worry, increasing your self-confidence, creating fulfilling relationships,
improving your finances, securing a promotion, getting a better job, taking
charge and enabling people to move forward, achieving goals and ambitions
and creating success on every level.
